LOS ANGELES (KABC) -- Photos released at a medical board hearing have revealed USC's former dean of the medical school was doing illegal drugs with a 20-year-old prostitute he met through an escort website. He claims he was just taking cocaine but she says they did heroin and meth. In a video police viewed by the Times, she can be seen asking him to help her crush methamphetamine so she can do a "hot rail," a drug-snorting technique.
She overdosed at the Hotel Constance in Pasadena three weeks later. Inside her room police found meth, "whip-its" or nitrous oxide and burn marks. At a hearing this month to determine whether he can keep his license he testified that he is bipolar and during this time was in a hypo-manic state, which clouded his judgment.
