Geno Doak has captured the hearts of countless fans after he became romantically involved with Mama June Shannon and appeared on their popular reality show, "Mama June: From Not to Hot." Since then, audiences have been interested in seeing how both of the stars have fared in life. While both have experienced setbacks, it seems that June and Doak are on a better path than ever before.

However, just a few months after completing rehab, Doak reportedly relapsed. The reality star told TMZ that he had been drinking again and was regretful about it. He claims that he had tried to kill himself back in September by swallowing 90 blood pressure pills and a bottle of Jagermeister. He was able to survive the attempt thanks to a friend who noticed his actions and called 911 immediately.

Doak's relapse has caused some concern among fans who want to see him get back on track in his recovery. They are hoping that he will be successful in keeping himself sober this time around and is able to get back into good standing with his family.

Luckily, Doak's ex Mama June is also doing well in her sobriety journey. She is currently dating a new man, Justin Stroud, and appears to be in a much better place in life. She even recently got her daughters June, Lauryn and Alana back into her life after they had become estranged following her and Doak's trainwreck of a relationship. However, the WE tv star admitted that her daughters were a little standoffish at first when she started bringing Stroud around.
