She was in several television shows and films throughout the 1950s and 1960s, including the satire “Anna Lucasta” (1954-55), Nat King Cole and Cab Calloway’s musical “St. Louis Blues” (1958), and the five-episode televised serial “Batman” (1966-78), replacing Julie Newmar as Catwoman.

She has two children, Jason Shapiro and Rachel Nora Shapiro. Her daughter, Kitt McDonald Shapiro is a reputable businesswoman in the USA. She is the owner and founder of Simply Eartha LLC that sells home decor, jewelry, and stationery items based on her mother’s roots and strength of character. She has featured in various Magazine covers and is also a committee member of Beautiful Humans Magazine with purpose.
