Chuck Todd is an American journalist who works as the moderator for NBC’s Meet the Press. He is also the Political Director for NBC News. He is also an on-air political analyst for NBC Nightly News with Lester Holt and TODAY. He was born on April 8, 1972 in Miami, Florida. He is the son of Lois Cheri and Stephen Randolph Todd. His father died when he was 16 years old and as such, he was raised practicing Judaism by his mother.

He attended Miami Killian Senior High School and later enrolled in George Washington University in 1990, majoring in political science with a minor in music. However, he dropped out of college without a degree in 1994. He then worked for Senator Tom Harkin in the 1992 presidential campaign, which earned him practical skills in initiative campaigns.

In 2023, his annual salary is a little above $100,000. He also owns a beautiful home in Arlington, Virginia. He and his wife Kristian Denny live in the house with their two children, a daughter known as Margaret Todd and a son called Harrison Todd. The couple is a congregant of the Temple Rodef Shalom Reform congregation in Falls Church, Virginia.

In his spare time, he likes to play golf and tennis. He is also a big fan of the Miami Hurricanes football team. He is an avid reader and enjoys writing short stories. He has a good sense of humor and is very social.
